"They won't fix anything the always trying to kick everyone out everyone there is very mean but the only bright side is that the manager is nice I do not recommend to stay here more than two years and there is a lady shair she is the worst person ever she calls the cop's all the time and she hates everyone"

"We lived there for three years and I was actually sad to go even though we had bought our first house and were super excited about it. Management was always kind and quick to help with issues. The only reason I don't give five stars is if you have a problem with bugs or snakes don't move into one of the apartments on the side of the canal. It's not really the apartments fault, it's just a natural consequence of living so close to water, but there are loads of beetles, earwigs and water snakes in the spring and there is nothing to be done about it since the canal is not owned by the apartments. I had to call the mosquito abatement District myself every year when the mosquitoes would get out of control, but again it was a natural consequence of the canal... I would live there again!"
