"Called on the phone to verify if they allow companion animals and they said yes. We show up to the hotel to get the paperwork done the lady up front was half asleep and rude as can be. As soon as we walk into the office the coward in the back room yells out no dogs. This place is a joke along with how they run it. Update: You're response is as pathetic as your place of "business." AGAIN we called ahead to confirm with you clowns to accommodate our family & companion animal yet turned us away when it was time to sign the lease. Maybe you should take down that you're pet friendly if you don't allow pets! If you need a place to stay Super 8 Hotel is the best place to go!"
