"Do not rent from this place. They had a boot put on my car causing me to be 2 hours late for work and I had to pay $150 to get it taken off. All because I didn't have the new parking pass displayed in my window. But it was my assigned spot that came with my apartment and they already had all my vehicle information in their computer so knew my car was suppose to be there. This place is horrible."

"Apartments aren't bad. However, the new property management group (Neighborhoods by Gini) is the reason I'm not renewing my lease. I'm going to avoid this property management group like the plague. They don't know the leases like they should. They've violated my lease a couple of times and are very rude about any resolutions. I'd highly recommend finding a different complex unless the property management changes."

"Do not rent here. They will price gouge you and nickle and dime you any chance they get. Takes weeks to get something done you actually need, but when its something they require to be done, they give you a couple days to come up with hundreds of dollars to pay the repair fees. Only reason I have stayed for so long is because I did not want to take my kids out of the school district, otherwise I would be gone in a flash. They also raised my rent 300 in one year. Horrible company who do not care about their tenats."

"Management changed after I moved in and I think they were trying to make things better, but living there was not great. Appliances broke a lot because they were very old and instead of replacing them, they just kept trying to fix something that looked to be 100 years old. They also took forever to fix things. The balcony was nice and large but they like to micro-manage what you put on it. Decent prices, but not worth staying there."

"Nobody bothers you, there's not constant drama like there is in other apartment complexes. Pretty roomy apartments and the balcony is really big which is nice. The grounds are well kept and there is an on sight manager and maintenance crew 24/7."
