If there is a problem in the apartment she takes the lead to fix the problem right away. There’s nothing negative that I would say about this place everything has been perfect. She helped a single mother out with 4 children. I was in desperate need of an apartment and she got us in! I cried when I got approved and I am so thankful for Aimee! "Doesn't even deserve a one star review. Manager is never in, yet we've been written up for things out of our control. The office is always closed even when the hours on the front say it's supposed to be open, her voicemail is always full and she NEVER calls back let alone picks up the phone. Applications were ignored and "lost" several times along with the application fee and despite having medical papers stating service animals are in fact valid (we have 2) we still hot violation notice for having them. Don't ever life here, don't ever even look at this place. It's not worth your time or money. UPDATE: new management raised rent for everyone in the complex to such drastic prices EVERYONE HAD TO MOVE OUT and it hit the point that management was willing to bargain prices so that people stopped leaving. we went from paying 600 for low income/section 8 housing to them wanting 950 out of nowhere for no changes. no renovation, nothing new to look forward too with a bunch of things in our apartment being broken like the stove which they refused to replace."
