"I've lived here for 2 years, and they seem to be good people. Maintenance can take a while to get things done. I only wish the ground floor apartment porches had their porch areas completely enclosed from the neighbor apartment. I also wish there is hardwood floors through out the whole apartment. Also wish there was a washer and dryer inside the apartment."

"Cedar Meadows or any Cedar properties avoid renting with any of their complexes . They will have you wishing you never moved here. One of the worst property management companies in Spokane . Basically Cedar Property management is High class Slumlords . They will take advantage of you ."

"We've been here for over a year, the neighbors are kind and friendly, there's a good social community. Maintenance is helpful and the manager we had for the past year was wonderful. It's not perfect by any stretch but all in all it's been a good place for our family."

"Never move in here. Maintenance takes forever if they even do anything at all. They constantly raise rent. Neighbors are mean. And when you want to move out, they charge you for everything. We called maintenance to come hang the closet doors that had come off themselves, they never came by the time we moved out. So they charged us for putting back the doors which maintenance was supposed to do anyways. They also charged us for a “wipe down”. We had spent days cleaning the place and leaving it spot less but they still charged us 4 hours of wipe down. I can say with confidence, you will not be leaving these apartments with your deposit. The only thing this place has going for them, is it’s right next to Walmart and that’s it. Never move in to these apartments."
