Motel 6 Spokane, WA - East

"The rooms are not very clean and need to be updated. The people that work there are fed up with drug addicts that room there, so they are mean to everybody. Why they rent rooms to people that are so obviously on drugs and then get mad at them because they act like drug addicts, is beyond me. They don't have any perks like breakfast buffers or free internet. It's really an awful experience to stay there."

"Really nice place. Left the Seattle area around 9:30 PM. Couldn’t find a place due to Apple Tree not having my reservation. Staff was nice. Building was clean, great location. Gas station, fast food and a Safeway all walking distance. Only complaint. I was kicked out of the hotel almost a whole day early. Person working the front desk called to apologize cause they kicked out the wrong room. Haven’t been able to speak to a manager. Was told to call in the morning when they are there, next morning was told they’d be in the afternoon."

"Front desk staff is friendly and the cleaning lady was nice, talked to her in the hall.. the rooms are just not great very minimal which is fine however it was dirty. Sheet stains, curtain stains, cigarette burns on window, etc.. not the cleaners fault this stuff needs replaced. Mold around drain etc.. not cleanable, needs replaced… 2-3 am people screaming and doors slamming dogs barking etc.. great room if you need out of the cold, not great for vacation stay."

"5/5 service for the front desk clerks, the lady sharlene and the rest are very sweet But as far as my room, it was horrible the bed sheets were dirty they definitely did not change the sheets and I didn’t receive housekeeping the time I was there even tho i requested it everyday. One thing I want to mention is how incredibly rude the head house keeper is her name is Rosa I asked the desk clerk for her name as I intended to write this review for her but decided to start off with the good things first, In all my 20 + years of staying with motel 6 I have never experienced such a rude hostile experience with an employee, what happened to customer service skills? How has she kept her job with the way she treats her customers? It’s appalling do better motel 6!"

"Great experience! Allowed my husband and I to check in at 11am since we had already checked out of our other hotel and needed to be able to put our stuff away. Room didn’t have a microwave or fridge and they were nice enough to bring us some! The room is very clean - no frills but has the basics you need!"
