"I stayed 3 days here while my carpets were being put in and plumbing repaied on my Spokane home . My room had a broken handle on the toilet , wich was quite a hassle to get it to flush and the bathroom sink needed repaired . The customer service was great , friendly , apologetic for the condition of the room i stayed in . I believe it was the only one available as they were quite full . I was told the maintenance man was scheduled a few days out to make the repairs as he was currently busy with other repairs on the hotel ."

"it was the worse experience of my life i stayed there one month first week i bought groceries only to find my food spoiled worth $100 worth of groceries asked to fix maintenance came in turned off the refrigerator waited another week complained they would let maintenance know. no one came in complained again they moved me to another room from a two bed to a one bed the difference is $300, the manager said just add the difference to the move out date three days difference, i leave for the day only to find out they locked me out of the room, called the next day the front desk said the manager has to give you the key they have no access to that room came back paid another hotel for the night came back the next day to find out that they let me in walked into my room and someone came in and trash the place. cut up everything with a knife, trashed the whole room, i called the police made a report and now waiting to prosecute, the most awful people i have ever met, why go and cut up all my belongings. i found the knife they used across the alley way you wont find any evidence of mine on the knife, why because when i left the knife was still in the package unopened. they can check the card access to find out who was the last person in the room and also finger prints and dna on the knife, please beware of this when staying there, there were drug pushers staying there as well as homeless people staying in the hallways, please beware"

"Run as fast as you can from this place. It is filthy. I had three burn holes in my comforter, a red stain on my sheets, pitiful pillows. There was kleenex pushed into the groove of the door lock and the attendant didn't even blink an eye when I mentioned it - like someone was trying to keep it unlocked?? The website says "coffee in the lobby" - um, no. Absolutely no amenities."

"One star. This place was disgusting. We got 2 rooms. The heater didn't work in one of the rooms, the rooms were unclean with urine on the bathroom floors, dead bugs and other large debris. The rooms were outdated and needed some modernization, the bedding looked as if it was not changed between guests as there was pubic hair in the beds. The bedding is old and stained. The furniture is in need of repair. Towels were extremely small. Hot plates were rusty and gross. Low water pressure makes for a bad shower. It took 10-15 minutes for hot water to reach our rooms. Not pet friendly. Deposit required tonstay here that is refunded 3-5 days after your stay."

"The location is good close to everything, it’s very deceiving though nice looking on the outside front office was clean BUT once you get into the elevator you notice how dirty it is we stayed in 232 and let me tell you I had to really restrain myself the room was dirty the sheets had something crusty on it I changed them myself cleaned the bathroom myself. You have to run the shower for 15 minutes before the water gets warm even then it doesn’t get hot. It’s in serious need of a revamp The staff was very apologetic. I don’t know about you but I find it really unsanitary and don’t appreciate having to pay for something I have to clean we definitely will not be going back to it."
