"Terrible employees !!! Jayde the night lady was the only one that was friendly. I was there for 7 nights ask three times for bedding changed NOTHING finally two days before I leave it gets done. You would think paying the high amount for a room that you do the staff would be more friendly. One good thing they have a satisfying breakfast"

"I would give mark negative stars on service if I could. Worst customer service. Not worth the hassle. No mindfullness of how inconvenient their errors could cause for customers. During my one night stay, they ended up processing the incidentals, and a payment for a night even though it was already paid through a third party. They refunded the wrong amount and decided to process it back a month and a half later without notice. No heads up, no call, no nothing as these processes were occuring. When I called, all I got were "I don't know, Not sure, call another time"... No accountability."

"This is a quiet place, away from the homeless and other crimes that occur where most of the other lower cost hotels are located in Spokane. The staff is incredibly friendly. I wish they had a weekly rate because a lot of people come here for medical stays or because their family of people who are here for medical reasons and it would be nice if they had not just a hotel a hospital rate or a health care rate but a weekly rate because sometimes people have to stay here for extended periods of time. The hot breakfast is good but it's the same every morning. At least the three mornings I've been here it's been the same. Just and if you chopped up the eggs and they looked like real scrambled eggs instead of flattened egg pancakes, it would look a lot better a present much better. I love the quietness of this place. My bed is very soft the mattress probably needs to be replaced, it's a king bed, rm 403, but the pillows are very comfortable and overall this is a very good place. I need to stay in Spokane for a while and I have to move to a place that's less expensive and that does offer a weekly rate but I really really recommend this place if you're just here for 1 to 3 nights.
