"It’s not worth the price or frustration that you’ll get after you leave these apartments. I live there for two years and they increased my rent each year. Winter, especially sucks living at these apartments because they don’t plow the way to get in to get to your apartment, they will charge you way too much. If anything is out of order after you leave do not go to this apartment complex do not live here. This is your warning."
"I've lived at this property for 4 years. For the first two my rent was $1032 & then jumped to $1432. This is for a 1 bedroom, 1bath. During the winter the grounds are poorly maintained and solid ice. Complaints fall on deaf ears. It's very dangerous. My most recent issue is that I've been on auto pay for 4 years. For the last 4 months I haven't even stayed there because my Mom had a stroke & can't get up the stairs. I've tried to move to any size ground floor unit, none available. I've even gone to 3 sister properties, no ground floor units available. So, I've been paying rent there PLUS an Airbnb for my Mom & me. We are moving into a home we purchased on 10/31. My lease ends 10/31. I've asked to be pro-rated & move out early November. They don't pro-rate and charge an additional $600 to be on month to month. I asked to speak to managemt, was told NO, SORRY. So, now paying $2242 for the month of November. They dot not care about people or circumstances. They're blooding suckers. Please don't make the mistake of moving here. $1432. Dated appliances, formula countertops. Definitely do not get what you pay for!"
"If there was negative stars I would use it. This apartment will not help a tenant of theirs by breaking her lease early so her and her mom cam move into a home tuey bought . She is on the 3rd floor and caring for her mom that has had multiple strokes, and had a fall and in and out of rehab. She can't walk up 4 flights of stairs. Their office won't work with her to get a different unit without having to pay 1000s of dollars to the complex.. Absolutely blood sucking company. Beware when you rent here. They will take you for everything you have."
"Trestle Creek was one of the best apartments in Spokane that I lived in. Its location on Regal Street makes it very convenient to commute to downtown and the valley within 15 minutes. That was a dealbreaker for me because I needed to commute to those areas for work. Grounds are immaculately kept as evidenced by the manicured lawns, sparkling pool, and clean walkways. There is a fitness center in the main building that has some nice treadmills and TVs. Units have luxurious amenities like nylon carpets, balconies, and baseboard moulding. All these features provided me with a comfortable haven that I could truly call my home away from home. The leasing staff are also very welcoming and accommodating. If the appliances needed servicing or if I required important paperwork they responded immediately."
"I'll update as I live here for longer. Initially, it has been okay. It's a safe area. Leasing was a struggle as the weekend manager, and the weekday manager said completely different things and lost my paperwork, so I had to send it in twice. Interior communication was iffy. It's quiet, and the amenities are nice. When I moved in, the water heater didn't function, but it was fixed within 2 days. The speed bumps in the parking lot are so high that if you don't have a truck or SUV, you're going to bottom out on them."
