Palouse Prairie Apartments

"The person showing me the apartment said it was available, I applied online within an hour. Eight days later I called to inquire about the status. The response was "I'm sorry I have been busy I haven't processed it yet." Wonderful. I call back a few days later "I'm sorry that apartment had already been rented when I showed it and I wasn't aware." Wonderful. I asked for a refund for the application and they said no. Adding this edit after the response from the owner. I find it insulting they would pretend to be uncertain if I wrote the review for the correct apartment complex. Considering I had multiple calls with the leasing manager and got denied the application refund by whoever his boss is. At this point I'd rather not get a refund just so future tenants are aware of what this company is like."

"Love living here! The current manager is amazing and super helpful. He truly cares about his tenants and people in general. The previous manager did the bare minimum (sometimes less) but after hiring Eric, our experience here has been so much better. Thank you!!"

Property Management is an absolute delight. He is always available and always very friendly. I am also pleased with how quiet and peaceful it is living here. My boyfriend and I won't be moving out until we are ready to buy a house. It doesn't get better than this place!"
