"they locked us out of our balconies for TWO MONTHS for “improvements,” but left them looking far worse than before. floor covered in sawdust, ugly white spackle everywhere, screws and nails left all over…the grounds are torn up from all the construction equipment. this place gets uglier by the day and that almost seems to be management’s intention in its consistency. if you are considering living here, let me say clearly—DON’T!"

"New management doesn’t seem to be doing well. The grounds have been in disarray for months due to an overlong and inconsiderate construction project, sometimes starting loudly BEFORE 8am. I haven’t had access to my balcony for nearly 2 months but the rent is the same. My building has issues with plumbing, limited hot water, faulty fire alarm system that went off for hours in the middle of the night a couple months back, power outages (last night’s lasted for nearly 30 minutes). Half of the tenants leave their trash cans out for days after trash day, making parking very difficult. Overall, look elsewhere. You don’t get for what you pay for here and management has gone downhill. There are nicer, cheaper properties on the south hill."

"Be very careful about every detail on move in. The management at the time 2021 gave us bad photo copies of the lease and didn’t mention that our unit was pretty worn when we moved in. 9 months later we left the unit and the garage spotless. The staff inspected our unit and never told us there was anything wrong. Fast forward a year later they told us we owed them A new refrigerator because the 10 year old fridge had a melted area in the freezer.(we did notice the spot later on, but didn’t worry about it) We weren’t able to find any legal help and had to pay for a new fridge. They threatened to sue us. We paid the fees. I would love to know if the current occupants actually got the new fridge. We doubt any of the staff is still there."

"I am a current tenant along with my two other apartment mates. The management team has been nice and the application process was fine. However, we have had a big mouse issue. We’ve been here for 5 months and have had 6 dead mice and 4 exterminators come in with no resolve. We are getting increasingly frustrated as management seems to beat around the bush with the issue and minimal effort has been put in to solve where the mice have come in."

"Kevin is amazing like everyone says. He is positive and pleasant to interact with and I will miss him after moving! The repair I needed done while living there was dealt with promptly. My only reason to not give all the stars is the rent increase after only one year and the trash can control. I travel a lot for work and if you don't put your trash can away you get a fine it just seemed a little overbearing. Overall a well managed property I would recommend to others."
