"We loved living at Bellwood Park! For 3.5 years, my husband and our two small dogs rented a two bedroom, one bathroom unit, with fireplace, large patio and single car garage. The grounds were well kept year round, and we had no issues with maintenance being completed in a timely manner or with our relationships with Craig and Chris. Moving out went smoothly, and we even got our deposit back (please note that we are decent tenants and did not cause damages, and we cleaned thoroughly upon moving out). Neighborhood is great, not too far from Hastings Park and Ride, and a nice place to walk our dogs. I would highly recommend. Thanks to Bellwood Park for a wonderful and safe home!"

"Worst place ever to live. Criag never fixes anything. Talks trash about all the tenants to other tenants. I knew stuff about the other people I should not have. He raises rent every year yet does nothing with it. We had a non working fridge and he didn't care. Non working bathtub, didn't care. Leaking dishwasher took him days upon days to fix even though it was leaking to my downstairs neighbors light fixture. I could go on and on. Refused to do a walk through before or after move in. Nightmare. Stay away. He's terrible. Waste of money. No amenities. No place for kids to play. Nothing. Deserves -1 star. Charges 200$ above the 750$ deposit upon leaving even though he refused to do a walk-through at the end never returned phone calls nothing. He shouldn't even have a job."

"I hate to agree with some of these comment's but it' true. We didn't get our deposit back despite the fact I used to be a professional painter, and repainted the walls. The house looked flawless before we left, and we even tried to do a walk-through with the landlord and for some reason he had refused to do so. I'm disappointed in the integrity of the management team. It's not exactly refreshing to invest money in a refundable deposit, and then not see it again. We had a 1976 Washer/Dryer set."

"We own a own that borders this apartment complex. Our dog dug under then fence and was out for about 5 minutes. The manager of the complex yelled at my 10 year old and scared him to death. I immediately went out there to get our dog. I have fixed the issue of our dog getting out. He threatened to kill our dog. Horrible people, horrible company. I honestly think he would kill our pet. I am concerned that he will throw something over the fence and try to harm our pets. Stay AWAY!"

"This is the worst apartment complex we ever rented from. The management is shady and you better hope you never need any maintenance; you will have to wait a week for it to be fixed! The sidewalks and parking lot doesn’t get plowed in a timely manner or at all in the winter and you have to throw the de-icer yourself if you want it to be safe to walk. Seriously for the price that they are asking, you can find way better apartments with friendlier management and more amenities than this one! I say keep looking but don’t settle for this one."
