Parkview West Apartments 1309 West 1st Avenue, Spokane, WA 99201

"Incredibly negligent company. Two huge windows fell out of this building onto the sidewalk on two separate occasions- it's a pretty new building- Parkview West Apartments. They could have killed people walking by, if I had been 1 minute sooner, it would have fallen on me. I contacted the owner, Jeremy Tampien, to see if he was aware, but he blew me off and didn't seem to care about the incredibly unsafe conditions of this building that he owns. The manager I spoke with-Tawna- was rude and unprofessional regarding the situation. The apartments look really nice on the inside, but are made very poorly. The (brand new) washer's seal broke a few months in, was not fixed (after almost two years.) A cabinet door in the kitchen broke off- never fixed. The dishwasher was leaking and ruining the floors and still hadn’t been fixed. We have since moved out."

"PLEASE, PLEASE read reviews on 4Degrees Real Estate and Property Management, before you consider a rental in this building, short or long term. There are serious, potential risks to your safety, health and security by renting anything that uses 4Degrees as their rental firm. It's unfortunate for the owner of this building, because we would have spent literally 12 times more than we did, kept putting out wonderful recommendations to many people in our industry looking for same spaces like us, and very likely more. We enjoyed the space, regardless of some minor issues. Then 4Degrees ruined it all. Just beware, and this honest advice could likely save you and your family from some serious issues, when there are for sure safe and better options. Why even take a chance? Their obvious incompetence and lack of accountability, does not discriminate."
