Center Court Apartments

"So far so good Carmen has been really polite in helping me transition into my new place. The property is clean. I just don't like there are no front windows, but there's a nice patio and a bedroom window, and an air conditioner . The hot water heater is really good cuz it lasts long, with really good hot water. I haven't been here very long, but there are no complaints on my end. I recommend living here , if you like a nice quiet place"

"Maintenance men are inclined to start issues and aren’t afraid to harass you even if it doesn’t involve maintenance issues they’re also live in one of the building so they’re constantly watching people one even has a camera sitting off his deck pointed at the parking lot,” I assume this because it’s the only camera on all three buildings….” Also, if you don’t email and you call and leave a message, you probably won’t be responded to. When there is an issue, there’s not an email or any form of communication besides a 10 day to comply or vacate. They go out of their way to not talk to you. And on top of all that I’ve had my car broken into twice in my parking spot.."

"Management and maintenance are very bad at their jobs. Apartments not worth the price, Management here is also doing stuff with other properties and let me tell you they’re all ran terribly. The maintenance men will be extremely weird and creepy. Highly recommend single females not move into any of “court” apartments ran by these people. Very unsafe environments."

"Everytime something happens record it photo it!!! You will have your car stolen or broken into!!! Film everything!! If you complain about a neighbor record your complaint!!! Google rate and review!!! And record your neighbors!!!!"

"I lived in one of these apartments for several years after college. At the time the apartment was generally inexpensive, but still had some pretty standard but still irritating problems, mostly due to wear and tear on an apartment that hadn't been addressed prior to my moving in. Management changed hands several times, and my experience changed significantly based on who was running this property. The best part was the neighborhood. Despite being an apartment complex, it had a lovely neighborhood feel when I'd go on walks, though it is a fair distance to most services on foot. A very average living experience."
