"Nick and Daren helped move our new couch in. They were helpful, kind and quick! Highly recommend them. Can’t say the same for the salespeople up at the Hayden location. We had an issue with one of our orders. The salespeople up at the Hayden location weren’t very helpful or empathetic. After 4.5 months we FINALLY got what we ordered- kind of. We purchased the couch and it came with white fabric so we ordered leather covers. Today we received an entirely new leather couch instead of leather covers. We were told we could switch them out so that we could change between leather and fabric. We cannot remove the covers from the leather couch."
