"Overall I am happy with my lease but since I ordered a laptop I was a bit dismayed to be lied to that it had never been used. It was delivered with no box and the delivery person told me they took it out of the box so it would be easier to deliver. I’m assuming he thought I wouldn’t put two and two together. I opened the laptop and it has the advertising on the screen so I knew it was the floor model they gave me. When calling I was told it had only been up for a week however there were two files from mid February that showed in “Recent Files. I just wish they would have been honest instead of covering up what the reality was and I would have liked to have had the box and paperwork. I may end up reformatting to be safe since I am unsure what may be installed in the background."

"I have been an Aaron's customer for over 15 years. Today I tried to lease a new bed. I live in Mt and work in CDA. I was informed since my residence was not in CDA it couldn't happen. I even have a current lease with only 2 more payments. Not a good way to treat a very good customer."
