"Just went in with a scheduled appointment to coordinate. Best Buy stood there for a 1/2 hour. 3 people were asking why we all had 1020 appointments. Now 1 person could give us the time a day to realize. Yes, my computer changed the stores. Unfortunately, it's not easy to make an appointment on their system. And it's impossible to get through on the phone. This guy was rude. I was there a good 20 minutes before anybody else? He blew me off and told me. I had to wait knowing. I just done a funeral and also needed with some pictures transferred. He couldn't give me the time a day. I have never been insulted and treated so badly. You should be a shame to itself like I. And I just had somebody very close pass away. And I did not need this. I have a membership with Best Buy. I don't think I'll renew it"

"I had a backup camera put on the back of my truck. I went on vacation and it stopped working. I had them replace it which they did with no hassle. But now it's doing the same thing again. They need to update their backup cameras. Apparently what it is that water gets in and damages it. They need to update their backup cameras. Now I have to get them to repair this one."
