I called them to see what we could do and a little over a week later Karen got back to me and said the manufacturer quit making the chairs and there was nothing they could do except give me a number of a leather repair guy. Repair guy messed them up even worse and all the owner Sheree, who was completely rude to me could say was unfortunate how they turned out but they will not refund or replace. They market their furnishings as high end but their product and customer service is anything but."
