"Ordered a refrigerator and a new stove. The policy is for the salesman to physically go find the appliances. The salesman said he found both the fridge and the stove. The stove wasn't delivered. The salesman in the appliance department was rude. They didn't have any information on if they could expect another stove in their system. They said to call back a week later. Poor customer service. Poor sales. Will not purchase from again."

Manager said he could not sell us the washer & dryer? It was there. It was marked for sale. We are on day 11 with no no dryer - “we simply want to buy it for delivery”! No, can’t sell it! “Waiting list?” No! We researched the brand and machines we wanted that would fit our space and pocketbook. We learned that day that Lowe’s managers manage nothing. It’s someone in Carolina changing number on a one way TV screen. THE ULTIMATE IN CORPORATE DISCONNECT AND IDIOCY. Home Depot. . ."
