"Went today for the first time. I called earlier in the day with a few questions and the woman that answered was very thorough explaining how everything works. There was a short video you could watch too. It was so much better than leaning over my dog in the tub. 10 minutes goes FAST so keep an eye on the timer to hit the button for extra time. Highly recommend this place!!"
"Such a CLEAN and wonderful pet wash station! When we pulled up the owner told us both rooms were full and then she mopped the floor before letting us in! Nice and toasty inside the room and so nice that you can lock it from the inside. We have a Great Dane and the tub was low enough that she could jump up and big enough that she could turn around if she wanted to. The tub/hose/blow dryer are simple to use and the water temperature stayed warm the whole time! This was soo much easier than washing our pups at home! We will definitely be back!"

"I went to the Arnold location and they are upgrading their wash stations. A very kind gentleman told me about their location on Watson. It was a bit of a drive for me but was so worth it. The wash room was so clean and nice. The machine tells you everything you need to do. I did not need that though as the kind lady working there (I believe one of the owners) showed me everything and was so very helpful. I will be using one of these two locations and recommending them to everyone I know. The facility and owners were awesome!"
