"The pharmacy staff are kind, friendly, and go above and beyond to help their customers save money and get what they need. Not only do I experience this- I also observe their excellent customer service as I wait my turn in line."

"The pharmacists are nice, but there is a brown haired girl that rings you up that is so mean. I’m 71 and I don’t remember anyone in my life being that rude and still keep their job. All the other pharmacy cashiers were nice. They also seem so understaffed that they can’t call your doctor’s office ever if there’s a problem. They just throw it aside and forget about you. They are cheaper, but I pay more to go to another pharmacy where you are treated respectfully."

"Best pharmacy you're going to find! The staff works very hard to get me and the other customers the lowest price. Sometimes there's a little bit of a wait, but I'll gladly wait to get the best service and prices. My only complaint would be that it can be a bit confusing for customers to know where to stand in line. They currently have 1 tiny sign and a small divider that, unless you've been here before, you're not sure where to stand in line. I just wish there were signs you could see as you were approaching since there are multiple aisles in the pharmacy area. It shouldn't fall on the pharmacy staff or others waiting in line to tell you where the line is. That said, I love this Pharmacy!"

"Update: the pharmacy techs & pharmacist consistently give me the run around every single month to pick up my prescription if I need to pick up early due to my own personal life, work, etc, and it gets really old. If it wasn’t for the inexpensive pricing and the fact that there isn’t another Costco nearby I would not be filling my prescription here. I always have a great experience here and everyone is very polite! Even when there is a huge line of people waiting, I never have to wait long. Customers aren’t the nicest to the ones that ring you up and they are still patient with them and that isn’t always easy! I appreciate their great customer service"

"I really enjoy the staff at Costco Pharmacy. They are always respectful, & do very helpful, re:med/side affects, and how to combat. Work with you, the patient, & your Dr. If necessary. They meet their commitments, & I know I receive lower prices for the same meds at other Big name Pharmacies. That's how I was directed there to begin. Anti-biotic therapy, at extremely high prices, for just the first 5 days, when I informed my Doc of the price, he knew something was wrong. He looked it up on his Laptop, & low & behold, Costco was more than 10 to 12 X less for 30 days. He said nonmembers were welcome to use the Pharmacy. I had my Rx sent there and never looked back. What a difference. Amazing people who care about their patients, and that's a very good thing."
