"Why are customers expected to work for free at your store. I have a job, come here and the only option is self checkout, shouldn’t people get paid to work for you? Or is saving money the only thing Lowe’s cares about?"

"Of the 133 boards suposedly in stock, there actually a total of… zero. Which cost me about another 20 minutes of my day by the time I finally found someone to cut me a length board I can find use of combined with them trying to figure out how to use their own saw to do it. Nah !"

"Update: just called the number lowes customer care provided. After 20minute on hold the condescending rep informed me that my issues are not their problem. Clearly, they reply to bad reviews to give the image that they care about resolving, but then do not care when you reach out to them. How pathetic this company has become. Original: I wouldn’t buy from Lowe’s. We bought the extended warranty on a refrigerator and it stopped cooling. The warranty service said I had appt set up for the next day and no one showed. They outsource call centers to handle claims and I have called 6 times, with them putting me on hold and hanging up all 6x. The repair company then called and said it would be a week before they can get here. Who knows how long after for parts or a replacement fridge. It’s really a shame. I have a dishwasher from them I bought a week ago and it won’t be installed until early January. I will be canceling the order. Get better partners to honor your commitments Lowes. I wouldn’t recommend them. Save yourself the time and hassle."

"Arrived to the store after researching online window shades. The customer service I experienced was poor. Mike who helped me was very rude then when I spoke to the manager Ramona. Instead of the manager addressing the issue she was very dismissive. This is disappointing the lack of customer service. When I was being patient with them locating a product that they could not find."

"The floor staff were more than amazing, helpful and friendly. Everything you need when you're in a hardware store and you're clueless. Had gone into the store previously and purchased 27 gallon storage containers and forgot to get enough lids. All we had to do is show the receipt and we got a lid, no admin or paperwork! Theres our lid in the back"
