"The absolute worst Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life. Go in to get one item and there’s a line that wraps around the whole store. One checkout lane open and 3/4 of the self checkouts don’t work. Shelves are never stocked properly. Workers are always on their phones. And always have attitude. Its unacceptable that I can’t go into the store to get one thing and have to without having to wait 30 minutes in line"
"I understand having to wait a little longer for curbside pickup when it's during peak hours but having people wait over an hour for their pickup order is ridiculous. It takes forever for the staff to come out. Management needs to do better."
"I feel bad writing this, but I work silly hours and did grocery pick up. There were tons of time slots available, chose 5pm-6pm in the app. Showed up at 5pm when it said it was ready. Checked in at 515. It’s now 8:32pm and still nothing. 3 hours I’ve been sitting here and no one has updated anything. Called the store and no one in any of the departments is picking up. Went in to see if someone can help, and no one seems to be doing anything. Shrugged their shoulders and walked away. No one could point me to a supervisor or manager or team lead. This is frustrating as I paid already, and this is literally insane. Could've not wasted my 1 day off and wasted my time and money waiting around. Poor communication! Tip for management - if you are swamped, we get it but please just turn off online ordering or block out the time slots. Huge waste of my time and money. And no refund."
"Great electronics and clothing department. They even have a sewing craft department too. I got supplies to complete a home project at a reasonable price! Wide variety of seasonal fashions to keep you looking great all year long. Don't forget about automotive and outdoor sections too. Walmart has it all for you."
