Team members hang up or walk away if they can’t figure out how to fix your problem. Online ordering thru Home Depot is terrible."

"The Pro Desk in Southtown sucks. Every time I go there to pay for materials, they just assume I’m not a pro because I’m a woman. Today the hd representative was also very rude, he didn’t want to listen to what I was trying to say. He started leaving and I asked him for a 3rd time if he could take care of me and he yelled “NO” when I asked why he said yelling again “BECAUSE I’M GOING TO LUNCH “ with no manners at all. Honestly Home Depot, you need to train your employees better. His attitude was unacceptable and unnecessary."

"The absolute worst experience I have ever had purchasing a washer/dryer. I just want my old ones back. First, the washer was delivered and evidently something was loose during delivery. Had to wait a week for someone to come out and agree. They ordered me a replacement since I only had it for one day and as of this review, it's been OVER a month. Continuous delivery cancels with one of them being 7pm after I waited all day and NO ONE seems to know a thing Will NEVER purchase from Home Depot again. Do yourself a favor and don't. I am expected to keep missing work for this? I am reporting to the BBB and since they have NO care of customer service I guess I am just screwed. Not like I had almost $2000 to just waste."

"I hate going here but it’s close to my house. Employees are either wonderful, or the absolute worst. I have encountered many unfriendly responses like "what do you want?" And “whatever”. Another time, I checked out with 8 items and the employee didn’t want to bag them. She bagged half and I walked out holding the rest. Giving 3 stars only because of the helpful and polite employee stocking shelves in paint, a girl trainee in the paint section, and a gentleman with an accent in power tools."
