"I visited this Home Depot to buy some totes. They've recently renovated the store and expanded the self-checkout area. While checking out, a store employee implied that I hadn't scanned both totes. I assured him that I had, stating that there was nothing in the store I wanted to steal. He proceeded to check my screen and found that I had indeed scanned both items. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. This is not the level of customer service I expect."

"Unfortunately I had to return some items. The young lady at the register was on FaceTime with someone!!!!!!! I purchased my items with a visa gift card, and she told me the only option I had was for it to be returned on the gist card. Thank God I didn't throw it away. BUT...the funny thing is, a few days prior to that, I returned a can of paint because o changed my mind on the color. I paid for it with my debt card and received the option of cash back. I made sure a manager knew what happened. No clowing, but in a very professional way. Let's do better."
