21c Museum Hotel St Louis

"We had an excellent stay at 21C! Our check in experience was made easy and incredibly pleasant by Garrett. He was very kind and took a few extra minutes to introduce us to the hotel and tell us about some of the special features that are offered. He was a great introduction to the hotel. We were impressed with how nice everything was- our room was very beautiful. We really enjoyed the night cap museum experience and the bar. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Very early in the morning (maybe 2am) we had ventured downstairs to get some ice and ask for a toothbrush because we had missed one during our packing. The attendant (I wish I would have gotten her name) was quick to help. We were pleased with our experience and will definitely be back to 21C. Thanks!"

"We really loved our stay here. The rooms are very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was always friendly, and we loved the lobby area, coffee shop, and the pool. There was a nice gym but we didn’t use it. The coffee in the room was great but we preferred the coffee shop due to the coffee, food, and ambiance. Didn’t get enough time in the museum, but it was really cool. Wife and I kept saying that it felt like a resort rather than just staying at a hotel. We also liked that they had filtered water filling stations on the floors. We will definitely stay here in the future and will try out other 21c locations when we travel. Valet was $45 per night but totally worth it. They had our car ready in two minutes after requesting and were great."

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We enjoyed walking through the art gallery, our room was clean, and staff were helpful. We really liked the overall aesthetic, it was a fun place to stay. Some concerns that arose were: the room temperature control wouldn't allow us to go below 68, the pool/whirlpool/steam room/sauna areas needed to be cleaned and some things were not working properly."

"Incredible performance by everyone on the staff. I use that word purposely, it felt above and beyond average service. Some small mistakes were corrected with enthusiasm and my room was beyond expectations. The basement spa is top shelf and the restaurant is worthy of locals coming in for a nice meal. Fun location, museum on second floor is great. Good coffee in the room, Hot water, high end millennial flavored interior."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean. Loved the museum and many areas to mix and mingle. Loved the easy access to the hotel through street parking. Loved the outdoor patio this was a winter visit so we didn’t sit outside. Will definitely be back to try the restaurant. A few cons - we didn’t have hand soap the first night in the room. Also the check out is at 11 AM it would have been nice to get a reminder or note posted in the room … we had to pay $30 for a late check out. Other than that great experience overall"
