"Set an appointment twice and was called both times and told to come in early. First time we couldn’t get the dog groomed because he had shots the previous day. So I thought them asking me to drive drop everything and drive in early was a one off. Made a second appointment a couple of days later and what do you know I get a call a hour and a half before the appointment of them asking me to come in early. I just canceled at this point because they scheduled the time. I will just go to a different location that can fulfill the service."
