"Kansas City Rug Cleaning sent me a quote the same day I requested one. They came to get my rugs at the time we agreed on (a half-hour window, not a half-day). Their employees were polite and helpful and very respectful of my home. They looked at the rugs, said they would be able to repair one of the corners, and we signed a contract for the same price as the original quote. After they examined my rugs at their shop, they told me I did not need the pet stain service, which was an extra charge, and reduced the price. They returned both rugs looking and smelling like new, at the time we agreed on (again, a half-hour window). They placed the rugs and even put my coffee table in the center of the one downstairs.
