"They could reduce their prices & gain more donations if they offered a better donation experience. I donated there often but was rarely assisted at the donation backdoor. Even when staffed, they don't offer assistance unless asked. Try taking after Sa-----not far from there where cars are 6-7 deep to donate. The cause is great! Service, not so."
