"Once you move be prepared to practically beg for your deposit back. Even though legally its supposed to be returned within 30 days and/or the description for anything withheld! And don’t bother having the carpets professionally cleaned because they will still charge you the cost again! Will never recommend this company!! And when they do cut you a check, it will be back dated so keep all your texts if you have any!"

"We gave our 30 day notice and I have emails from Rachel stating it was received. They asked for our forwarding address and we have yet to see our deposit back after two months NOR any type of breakdown as to why it wasn't given back. The apartment was dirty and disgusting when we moved in and my husband did most of the maintenance on it himself whenever something broke as we could rarely reach anyone in the office. The place was cleaner when we moved out than when we moved in. Finally spoke to our attorney advised to reach out to them one last time, which we did a week ago, and still no response. Next step is getting the attorney involved. This could be a lot less hectic and cheaper for all involved if you would just respond to our requests (preferably in writing so we have it for documentation purposes)."
