"Never any parking, maintenance won’t fix any leak unless they can visually see it, their words not mine. Management will charge you for their personal upgrades. Your ceilings are very light so you can hear any noise coming through. Window, bathroom, ac, and microwave were already broken when moved in and were never fixed after we called them over countless times. Maintenance will wait days and then just magically show up no notice to “fix” something. Our water heater broke over a year ago and three different men came over and said three different things about it. One of the maintenance men broke something while we weren’t home and never told anyone. They charged us an extra 11 dollar fee every month on top of our rent as a temporary type of payment until we could re adjust our rental insurance and when the issue was solved they never took off the fee and we contacted them multiple times and they ignored us every time. The pools are not well kept, they do not look at the pool passes so literally anyone will come swim at that pool and throw stuff at you, splash you, smoke, and leave food and clothes by the pool if not In the pool. Watch your back around management because they will try everything they can to use anything and everything to make you pay them money."

"I have lived at this location for a year now, and have been well pleased. Concord Manor seems well maintained, has good parking, and offers several amenities for families. The only thing I could say that has been less than perfect is a couple of minor noise issues, and these were swiftly resolved. Management has been great to work with and every encounter with other residents has been pleasant. I expect to rent at this location for year to come!"
