"I have been a patron of rent a center religiously for years I have never been disappointed with anyone at the N Kansas Expressway location in Springfield Mo. They have always provided quality products that have lasted longer than expected and have been easy to pay off. I really appreciate the service and delivery provided every single time I was in a pinch or even wanted to splurge a little. So thank you."

"My experience has been an absolute nightmare. Please do not give your hard earned money to these crooks. Me and my husband are still paying off the overpriced TV we rented 7 months later, we definitely regret not going somewhere else. He's payed in cash through his job and so we're unable to do automatic payments and the employees show up at our house and harass us weekly. We are signed up for bi-weekly payments and despite us ALWAYS paying every other week they still continue to come to our residence BANGING on the door not once,not twice but 6 or 7 times repeatedly. It's horrifying and we're already planning on suing once this disaster is payed off. Never ever again will we use rent a center. I have never experienced such terrible customer service in my entire life."

"Worst experience EVER, stayed on with chat till 1am then they were suppose to call me at 11am from this store, no call came in. Then I called them at 2:45 and they asked for all the same info I sent via chat the night before which is fine, sent it still hadn’t heard back till I called them at 5:00 called again now they say I have to send the same info in a text message as well. I’m done with this just refund me my money cuz at this point 2 appts were made that apparently aren’t being done and you’re unprofessional."

"I am very pleased so far! It was a painless process. I moved recently and I found out the day I signed the lease, that it didn't include a refrigerator or stove! I wasn't too concerned, I have all the cooking gadgets and I thought I'd find a fridge for cheap on Marketplace.... Wrong!! People are way too proud of their stuff and want new prices for used. Or they just didn't show up! I couldn't afford a new one all at once and I need it now. So, I went through RAC. It was a painless process, I was approved and they reached out to set it up right away. Within an hour, it was a done deal. The first delivery, however, was not smooth. I admit my house has awkward and narrow entryways. But, they managed to get the sofa in. Though I had to set it up and do most of the work. One delivery guy was very rude and didn't want to do his job. Then, he said the fridge wouldn't fit! Huh? The sofa is larger, how would that be possible? He just said no, it won't fit and left! I called RAC, again they were very nice and fixed it within an hour. The fridge fit with little effort. They set it up and it took about 5 minutes! Very pleased and happy! Thank you!"
