"We were in Springfield for a basketball tournament from Sunday to Saturday, so I had to book 6 nights at this hotel. I can't say how thankful we were enough for how well the staff treated us! Some of the nicest people we've met work at this hotel. Hamptons aren't really known for putting out free cookies or fruit water, but this Hampton does! They always had fresh coffee, and the free breakfast every morning was really good! We also loved coming back each night after a long day of events to a room where the beds were made and the towels were replenished. You also can't beat the location! There's a mall, a target, tons of shopping and dining close by! We honestly were dreading having to spend 6 nights in a hotel, but this hotel treated us like it was a 5 star hotel, and made us feel right at home! Thank you to all the staff!"

"Rooms were squeaky clean and comfortable. Staff were smiling, kind and very helpful. Complimentary cookies, coffee, tea, fruit water, hot chocolate, apples and bananas for those snack attacks. Breakfast was hot and had so many options."

I do not know anything about the management but they have to be doing it right to get this type of response from the rest of the crew! Excellent on all points---even down to telling me the details of making "fruit water" !"

"This is our favorite Hampton Inn. It's always clean, staff are friendly and warm, the food is excellent, and the location is in the heart of everything we need while visiting Springfield. This visit was by far the best ever. Allowing us to use the breakfast/dining room for an afternoon birthday celebration for my husband was very appreciated, but the team went above and beyond. Starting with an upgraded room, a "happy birthday" banner, card signed by every Hampton Inn team member, a box of chocolates, a Starbucks gift card - and that was only the beginning. Every staff member took time to wish Ty a happy birthday and visit with him; the dining room was set up and a cake displayed so pretty for him while we invited old friends and family to drop in and visit. Coffee was provided by the hotel for our friends as well. WOW! BONUS is the consistency of this hotel and team service: great breakfast with amazing options, cookies in the afternoon, fresh coffee daily, fruit available throughout the day, room service was excellent and the entire hotel was well-kept. STAY HERE!"
