"The ac in the living room didn't work both nights. You have to constantly wait for the breakfast staff to move so you can get anything. Housekeeping only does trash and towels. No bed making, no vacuuming or tiding. A large group of 6-10 aged children were allowed to run the halls in the late evening. Not at all worth the price."

"Had to book last min due to weather and needing to be to the hospital early morning for surgery. Rates were great for being only 2 miles from the hospital. Plenty of options of food close by as well. Walked in and was immediately greated by a very nice receptionist. We were put on the 3rd floor which was for business so I could get a good quiet nights rest before surgery. Rooms were very clean, tv was a good size and beds were very comfortable. Pillows could use a upgrade as they are small and square but I luckily brought my own pillow as I always do. They offer a breakfast which we weren't able to have as we had to leave to early. Only con we had was that our coffee maker didn't work but luckily they had a hot pot brewing in the lobby so my mom could have her coffee. I would recommend this place 100%. Stayed 02/11/24"

"I was very pleased with the staff over all, with the exception of one; Jada. She was a little rude on the phone confirming my reservation a couple days. The only other negative would be less pushy about setting up Wyndam rewards & booking directly from the location. The booking agency I always use, blows every other option out of the water. Only word of advice is if the client declines, dont keep pushing it or making comments about it. (it was the a guy that works the evening) Staying in a hotel is expensive & most people do thier research before booking. The rooms smelled clean! I've stayed in several hotels, and I must say this was over all the most accommodating and one of the cleanest! The breakfast was good as well. Over all, I would consider this location again."

"Clean, nice size rooms with sectional couch and 2 TV's. Fridge, microwave, the normal. Large amounts of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bed was comfortable and plush. Both lamps on desk didn't work, other than that no complaints."

"Wonderful Management and staff! I booked the stay for one of my crew leaders. He said the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was great. The reason for giving 5 stars. It started with the gentleman who checked in my employee. He was way overly helpful in the refreshing way! I then needed assistance with setting up an company account. He started to help. Then another guest arrives and he had the manager come and finish helping me. And proceeded to help the next guest. I'm telling you. This kind of service.. ( thinking about you the customer) is almost nonexistent. They are great. I look forward to doing business with them in the future!!"
