"Good location close to Walmart and other shopping areas. The people who work here are mostly polite there was only been a couple incidents when there was some bad attitudes. And the renovated rooms are great but a little small compared to unrenovated rooms. But when I moved in I had to deep clean my room cause there was lit a of grime."
"Had to put my brother up their from afar and didn't realize it was meth alley . Horrible staff that probably work there to live there . Rude and dim ."
"The woman who works at the front desk of this establishment is the cruelest, most unkind woman, and I truly do not know how she is still employed there. I've watched her belittle a mother and daughter for having a certified emotional support animal, AFTER the woman paid for her stay. She threatened to call the police and had the daughter in tears thinking she had to pack her bags and leave within 30 minutes. A very kind Christian black man stepped in to help the women, and the woman accused him of being a drug trafficker. While drug trafficking is a huge problem, especially in this area, the man was obviously sober and not a problem. It's unacceptable to treat people this way. Shame on them. An ESA is legally allowed under the Fair Housing Act. Under Missouri's legal terms, "Assistance animals are covered in the Fair Housing Act, which requires equal housing for everyone with a disability. This means that even if the place states no pets, assistance animals are still permitted to be on the property and housing still has to be provided to those who require them." Please note the website for this place states they are pet-friendly and dogs are seen on the property. I'll be filing the Fair Housing Act HUD Form 903 Complaint."
"When we went in to do the paperwork for the room. There was no mention of do you have pets. We have three dogs. No problem until two days ago. They said you can only have one. Really? Some people have 2 or 3 dogs. We kept the room clean. Then they kicked us out. Very rude and unprofessional. For the price you pay. It's not worth it. Be clear when you are going over the rules. The outside, stairwell were disgusting. Do not stay there. I give zero stars.."
"Looks disgusting even from the outside. Inside is not much better. Lots of activity, even though they boast about how they've cleaned up the place. One of the workers has a serious attitude problem. Everything smelled like cat piss and is littered with cigarette butts everywhere! Looks more like a prison block! Oh and don't forget those room inspections ONCE A WEEK. Fairvue Prison?"
