"This place has had every single problem a new hotel could have and more. My friend stayed here multiple night and was over charged nearly every night. They checked her out even though the room was booked for multiple nights and lost some of her stuff. The room doors don't close behind you as you leave and the maids will leave them open after you leave for the day. I walked down a hall one day with half the room doors open. The breakfast is an upscale attempt that goes more for appearances than taste. The rooms are clean, the staff tried to work with us and were pleasant but ultimately didn't resolve the billing problems correctly. Also the end of the halls have some double doors that block off some of the rooms. Maybe they have a good purpose but they look like they could easily be used for trafficking. Nothing indicates there are more rooms behind what looks like service doors."

"My wife and I were thankful for an upgraded room. I explained my wife needed to apply an ice pack as a result of an eye surgery that day and asked if our room had a freezer. Understanding the situation they offered an upgrade without hesitation. Great example of a caring culture. Congrats on the Grand Opening!"

"Wow, Springfield leveled up with this hotel. It reminds me of hotels I have stayed at in much larger cities. We used this NEW hotel for a board retreat. It was perfect. Great accommodating staff and you should see the rooms. The rooms are designed so efficiently and have all the convenience of home. I highly recommend this hotel for your out of town guests or small corporate events."

"I recently planned a Board retreat for my work here and I could not be more pleased at how it turned out. I worked closely with Sarah Sissel who made sure everything was perfect. She even accommodated an extra unplanned room at the last minute. From the front desk staff to the ladies who put out a delicious breakfast, the service was really top notch. The lobby is great for relaxing or mingling with friends. The rooms themselves are quite spacious and very relaxing. If you would like a relaxing stay at a fun, new property with incredible service, look no further than The Element."

"New hotel that opened in January 2024. Lobby is spacious and bright with a full service bar and morning breakfast. Rooms are immaculate and quiet. I stayed in one of their 1 bedroom suites with a kitchenette and there was even an island in the kitchen area, which helped with our family’s flow. We will definitely stay again!"
