Homewood Suites by Hilton Springfield Medical District

"Had a wonderful stay here after a horrible experience at a smaller hotel across town. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location is very clean, quiet and close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was a great perk and the kids loved it. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Lots of choices for picky kids. Bedding and towels were clean. We stayed in a suite with a full-size fridge, oven, cook top and stocked kitchen. Anything we needed was in the room or the concierge counter at the check in desk. We woke up at our other hotel and had to leave there fast. The manager, Leah that we spoke to was able to find us the room we needed promptly and let us check in sooner so we could get ready for our day. Highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Springfield."

"The pool was cold...BUT...the breakfast bar was beyond expectation!!!. Staff was friendly. However the elevators could use a thorough cleaning. Over all was a nice place to stay and would stay again."

"The staff was friendly especially at checked in and gave great recommendations of good restaurants close; room was very clean, nice and quite; complimentary breakfast was tasty, clean, with large selection: hot coco/coffee bar was my favorite on a cold rainy night. They also accommodated my need of late check out. I felt safe and parking was very convenient. I will definitely stay again and recommend with 5 stars!!!"
