"The heat never works properly"

"Was initially good for my mother in law and her sister, but over the past several months of them living there, it's become problematic. Things they have requested to be fixed have still not been fixed (such as a window that leaks every time it rains). Also, they never did fix the pool until the very end of summer so it was unusable. They could be very cute apartments, but they just don't keep them up."

"We have lived here for around 6 years and couldn't be happier. If anything is wrong at the apartment they are usually there within the hour. Friendly staff Phil and Dave are the best. Phil came to our triangle at 2:30am because we had a good in the living room. He came shop vac in hand. A pie burst in someone else's apartment and all the water came into our house."

"Worst management and place to live had mold in my garage and I told management and they sent someone over to PAINT OVER IT. Let that slide because we were never in the garage anyway. Then had roaches and called them again they sent someone else over to spray and turned the carpet next to the wall yellow and told them about that as well. Neighbor up stairs was a obvious drug dealer someone broke in our garage and took ten thousand dollars worth of tools and bikes called management to let them know who they had living there they didn’t care. I had it so moved out 3 months early still paying rent there and my new house gave them a notice turned in my keys and garage door opener. Now manager has the nerve to say instead of giving me my deposit back that I owe her for breaking my lease. I PAID MY RENT EVERY MONTH ON TIME FOR THE FULL YEAR NOT EVEN LIVING THERE AND LET THEM KNOW I WAS LEAVING. If your looking for a place to live I strongly advise you don’t live here. It’s full of mold under the paint they just try to hide it, roaches all summer long, and horrible management. Not professional at all."

"Quiet neighborhood havent had any issues at all. Good price for a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath... my dog feels so comfortable here as well. I thought there would be so much traffic due to being off sunshine but havent at all! One thing they could do is work on the communication because there is no office here."
