"Character and Quality I am satisfied with this property overall. Neighbors are respectful and quiet. I am on the 2nd floor, and I have not had any problems with the tenant(s) below me or above me. I have been renting since 1991 and I place my apartment here in the number one spot for the absence of neighbor noise. Some creaking above me, but it is normally reasonable compared to any of the units that I have occupied in the past. Friendly and professional Management team. "The apartments are very spacious, the kitchen in my apartment is very open and I love that, and the balcony in the main bedroom. The management is very friendly and attentive, and the pool is great for the summer (wish there was a hot tub but that’s just personal preference). In my time of living here I have gained peace and quiet, and I have love the space I live in, it makes me feel at home."
