"Heads up, they ask tenants to do a positive review in order to get free things. Well i’m going to leave a HONEST review. I lived here for a year and I enjoyed the location. It’s near parks and close to MSU. Move in process was pretty simple and easy. Rent was fair but I still feel the unit could’ve had something’s done more to it before moving in. The cons- the apartment management never answered the phone, and they are never urgent when it comes to maintenance requests. You will wait months for a maintenance request to be resolved. Better off becoming a handy man! Maintenance walked into my unit twice without knocking twice. When it’s time to move out, No matter what you try to replace or keep up with they will charge you for everything you complained about when you first moved in. The washer and dryer rooms are never cleaned, and the actual machines are never working. I wouldn’t recommend using them. The best part of this unit was being able to walk outside and be near school or a park."

"Lived in A1 from 2003-2006 and I would have been better off camping outside. Infested with cockroaches and meth heads. No insulation. Nonexistent management. But epic parties and courtyard sofa burning rituals. One star."

"I have lived here for a little under a year now. I’ve enjoyed it for the most part. Some pros would consist of the location right next Missouri state and the gas station. As far as space goes the living room, dining room, and basement are all pretty roomy. Rent is decently priced, and does rent to first time renters. Every time I’ve had an issue maintenance came out right away. Now the cons. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are ridiculously small but it’s something that I’ve learned to live with. Walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors. Parking is limited. But the thing that bugs me most of all is for 32 units here at campus court we only have two washers and dryers that hardly work. Overall, the good outweighs the bad for me for my first apartment experience."

"Campus Court apartments are great for students attending Missouri State, since they’re just a quick walk to campus. Parking can be limited and the kitchen is pretty small, but there is tons of extra space in the basement. Overall they’re great apartments: management is amazing and they work hard to keep them clean and well cared for."

"If you are a Missouri State student, the location of Campus Courts is perfect! They are right across the street from the University, and also happen to be right behind a Break Time gas station which is very convenient. Living in town homes is nice because it seems more home-y and you don't really have to deal with noisy neighbors. The court yard is great for sports, grilling out, entertaining, or pets. The only problem with this specific location is the limited parking. Besides that, I love living in Campus Courts!"
