"In november Staff told me they had 2 x 2 apartment available in january. We applied and all of december I CALLED THEM no reply. they said they'd call me the next morning (dec 14) when friday (dec 15), came i decided NOT to call again after hearing how a different property had a fire and how staff was busy addressing other issues. It is now january 9 and I'm moving to a fabulous duplex with the absolute KINDEST AND ATTENTIVE property manager. She apologized after not getting back to me right after a 4 day work week due to the New Year holiday, also it was 8:00 pm and she wanted to let me know she was approving our applications and can move in on the date we want. Take a lesson, bigger doesnt mean better"

"Coming on living here for a year. I live in a lower level apartment. Was freshly renovated before I purchased. New floors, cabinets, appliances, everything! Looked awesome and was willing to pay more to move in. Fast forward a few months, we noticed mold growing on the walls, windows and showers. I notified the complex and they came and fixed it in the shower and on the wall, but didn't touch the windows - I fixed that myself. A few months later the mold is back everywhere. I called, emailed and everything. The manager called me and told me someone would come fix it. They never did. It has now overfilled my front storage closet to where its unusable. Ruined everything I had in there. Was a beautiful apartment when I moved it, but as time goes by the lack of caring to fix the health hazard for a resident is alarming. I will not recommend anyone move into these apartments. See photos. These aren't even the most recent, these are two months old."

"Don't be fooled by the average star rating. It might still be holding up because of way older reviews. I have been living here for about 2.5 years. It is an old apartment complex, but I was happy with the low cost and it's proximity to my office. The apartment manager back then was very responsive. She responded to my emails and took care of any issues promptly. Even if maintenance issues took time because of long queues. I KNEW that at least they will be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. It is an entirely different story now. Since that first manager left, there have been multiple of them and it was hard to get hold of them. I have this same sentence multiple times: "We don't have a maintenance guy right now, we are getting a new one" or "We will request the maintenance guy of some other wooten co property to help with our issues". Are you telling me that that there is no maintenance guy for our apartment!! Seriously? We now have had the current manager since about a year now, I guess, but I can't say that the maintenance has improved. On multiple occasions, I had to revisit the office for the same maintenance issue and still not get it fixed. I complained about my burners many months ago. I highly doubt that even a ticket has been created for that. I have complained about my due amount being wrong on the online portal about 6 months ago and last month I checked, it was still wrong. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Not all wooten co properties are like this. Did they just abandon this place? I know it is cheaper to live here, but it is just frustrating when one has to deal with such horrible management. The only consolation is that if you call the wooten co directly, they at lease seem to care about your woes."

"I've lived at Bradford for a year now and have had a great experience. I just recently signed up for another year lease as well. It's a quiet area, even with it being right off of a major street. They do a good job at maintaining the apartments, both inside and outside. The pool is a nice amenity to have, as well as the free WiFi. Any time I have had a maintenance issue, they have fixed quickly and efficiently. The price you pay for rent is cheap compared to a lot of places near in terms of what you get for the price."

"After seeing some not so nice reviews decided to add my comments . We recently had all the windows in our apartment replaced and love them. Also had some plaster that had begun to peel from the walls and needed attention. That too was taken care of. The maintenance man , Justin is a great asset to your company and we have had so many of them come & go. Hope he will stay. We have seen him working hard every day & not like some of the others who said they would fix something & do nothing or only unsatisfactory job. The last manager , Chelsee Meyer was wonderful. We miss her. Her replacement , Meaghan Wills is taking over the job now and also very good at getting our needs taken care. We love this place for it's great location and the fact if we ask for something , although it may take some time , it does get addresses & corrected. Some issues have been taken care with smokers , pool users , laundry facilities. I would recommend however to find& use a different company than the Kees . One washer has been broken for quite a few months and hasn't bee replaced. Plus the laundry room is not kept up by them."
