"Since the snow has fallen and the bags of ice have been delivered, a snow shovel has also been delivered with a note about a $45 fee if management from a town 16 miles away has to make a trip. Yet they won't knock $45 off the rent when the tenant is required to drive that distance themselves to pick up the furnace filters because now the tenant is required to change them, NOT the management. UNBELIEVABLE, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE"
