"I lived here a year from 10/3/2022 to 9/30/2023 The apartment building D is full of homeless people ,cockroaches and bedbugs. I moved into my apartment and it was not clean I live in D104 I moved because of bedbugs and I had no freedom I was told by the management that my company needs to stop aka slow down or I get wrote up this place is horrible don’t live here Not worth the money and u get no free time. Looked at my people, one day, and their stand Alice listening in in my conversation in my own home at my elm apartments I only gave them one star so I can submit this they don’t get no stars in my eyes"

"If it wasn't for my kids, I would rather be homeless than live in this place because they talk down to you and they would rather be in your business then fix anything! Feels like a prison. Thought it was built to help people. Sure not what they're about here!"

"I have lived here for a year now and still doesnt feel like home, it feels more like a prison. The roaches are taking over. They dont want to get rid of them they just push them back for a little while. The cops do really like this place, they're here almost every night. The management has no intent on working with you if your rent is going to be a little late they just stick a note in your door saying you have till a certain date to get it paid or leave the premises. There is so much i could put on here thats wrong with this place but i would be here all day/night."

"worst complex ever. It is run by Seargent Susie McDonald. They enter your apt anytie they please and the management company does not return calls or try to help you at all. It does not feel like a home at all. She thinks its a marine boot camp and not an apt complex. She discriminates on a personal basis. It was not so bad until she came along. They bring dogs in to search once every 3 months. She does not like children at all."

"Worst apartment complex in Springfield! my floors are coming up my apartment flooded last December and was just now completely fixed. roaches are EVERYWHERE! management is HORRIBLE they dont like helping you and will try and evict you over ANYTHING. They have a section 8 program here and will tell you your on it when your not and make you pay back ALOT of money. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THESE APARTMENTS ARE NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!"
