If there’s problem's in the neighborhood you’ll be the blame , there’s some random house on the side where the dog jumps the gate and runs at you barking , the neighbors are racist , the office I haven’t had a problem with they help when needed , but the community and the lies and the accusations, just uncalled for , the apartments can be nice but be wary of your surroundings"

"Management was horrible. I lived their for almost three years. Maintenance sucked. My neighbor was a disabled old man that harassed me bc i didnt want to spend 15 mins talking to him every day. They would blast music. The security company they hired never drove through. I had entryways that they did not cover up and mice got into my apartment bc of my nasty disabled neighbor. When i called about the problem they told me it would be faster if i dealt with it and asked when i was going to resign my lease. Stay away from any wooten owned property. They are slumlords. All these 5 star reviews are fake. The leasing office begs for them because they get a bonus with each one. I know for a fact one of the ladies did not enjoy leaving their, she was an old coworker and we both complained about it. Its hard not to want help someone financially if there jobs offers review bonuses."

"I have lived here for three years now, and it has overall been a good experience. Great parking, friendly staff. Urgent maintenance requests are dealt with in a timely manner, but other requests could go months without being resolved. Maintenance also doesn't let you know when they're coming or leave any type of note letting you know that they've been there while you were out. Other than that, it's been a good place to live with a convenient location and friendly staff."

"English Village is probably the best residence I have lived in. The neighbors are awesome. Its also nice having 2 pools to choose from. The apartments are older so its not without issues. But they are resolved quickly as can be. I been here 4 years and many have been here much longer. I think I made the right choice moving here."

"I have been living at English Village Apartments for 2 years now and just renewed my lease for another year. Maintenance is always responsive and timely, also very friendly! Same with the people that work in the office. The apartments are affordable and are nice. The property is well maintained. I recommended it to college students since it is an easy drive to any colleges in town. Also anyone that wants an affordable and nice apartment."
