"Enjoyed my first lease at the Greene's, but my more recent lease at their brand new apartments has been horrid. Lets start off with when I moved in, I had clothes and crackers in my kitchen drawers. My apartment was supposed to be brand new, with no previous owners. This told me right off the bat that the construction workers were sleeping in the apartments while they were building them. When the office was made aware of it, I was told I was wrong and that it was not true. Once you sign your lease, you will start learning the tricks of the trade. The office staff all hate their jobs and will let you know about it if you ever talk to them. They all are snotty and do not want to answer any questions. It gets even worse once you sign your lease, because they know there job is pretty much over after you sign the lease. They will do the bare minimum to help make The Greene's a better living experience for you. I asked about screens for my windows for months and months, yet never received any. The Maintenace people also will knock on your door and unlock it all within 5 seconds, completely unannounced. This has happened numerous times throughout my lease, and every time I bring it up with the office they say "We put a notice on your door days ago" but me nor my neighbors ever received that notice. Moral of the story, the office staff will not communicate effectively , especially after you have moved in and signed your lease. The Maintenace people will walk right into your apartment without any effort to tell you in advance or anything. They solely rely on placing a piece of paper on your door a day before they will come in your front door unannounced. If you like golf, there is a golf course. If you do not like golf, live anywhere else. You will hate your life about 4 months into living here."

"I moved in over a month ago and it's been nice, unfortunately I've slipped and fell 2x now under a 2 week period due to negligence on making sure the stairs are salted/slip proof. I have a severely injured knee and my Job requires bending a lot... I feel like if you're on the first floor you're safe, but if you're on the second or third, even a small amount of rain or snow will cause you to slip on these stairs. They are very unsafe and now I have severe anxiety even going up to my apartment."

"Things are getting better after two years of living at the Greens! I recently had my microwave go out, I spoke to Liz in the front office. She was extremely helpful and found the information I needed promptly. It’s was mid day so I figured it would be the next day before seeing maintenance at my door. I was surprised at around 5:30 when Gavin showed up to look at the microwave and determined it was bad. I ask when it would be replaced and he told it had to be ordered but could be as soon as tomorrow. Then next day I had a knock at my door, it was Gavin and Alex. They were super friendly and provided exceptional service during the replacement of my microwave. Their expertise ensured a seamless installation, and their attention to detail was truly commendable. The entire process was efficient, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was in perfect working order. Gavin even set the current time and gave a quick features “how to demo”!! "These apartments are so nice and pretty big for what we pay for. The hot tub is nice year round. We did have to ask maintenance to fix three separate things that were messed up even though our building was brand new. The reason why this rating is not higher is because at night, if you get home from work, there is barely any parking. I have to park four buildings away because there are a lot of college students who live together so there is more than 2 cars per some of the units. There are also some druggies in our building and they are always walking around smelling like drugs."

"These are the nicer apartments that I have ever found in Springfield. They re newly remodeled and when I open my door, I see a yard, with trees and a pond! Other than my upstairs neighbours constantly yelling at each other and stomping all day and night, this is an amazing community to live in! With all of the amenities available as well as a very nice staff and prompt maintenance repair (which you can request right in the app!), you really can not go wrong. I’m amazed with my experience here so much that if I continue to live the apartment life, it will be at The Greens!"
