"Lived here two, going on three years, MSU campus is right across the street. Lots of food options within walking distance. Management can be hard to contact but they've always been very nice when we go in to talk to them in person!"

"Location is nice for campus life, but that's not even worth it at this place!! Management NEVER listened to noise complaints, walls and floor are paper thin. People above us had an 80lb dog that had multiple complaints and nothing was done. Our rent payments were lost or said to not be full payments 3 TIMES. Maintenance was nonexistent."

"overpriced considering condition of the apartments. proximity to campus barely makes this worth it. staff is incompetent and unhelpful. have called numerous times for assistance only to never get a response back and have to wait over the weekend. always leaving early during office hours so its impossible to go to them because theyre conveniently never around. they lost my rent check TWICE. once was submitted through payment slot and they said it was never there and forced me to pay late fees, then they found it and acted as if I, for some reason, put it in after the fact to play some trick on them. second time I physically handed the check to the rental manager and she lost it, and now theyre trying to squeeze late fees out of me again. lates fees, I may mention, that are horribly inconsistent. have a friend who lives here too who has accidentally been paying $50 extra on rent every month, and they neglected to inform them that they were overpaying and just took the extra money. when my friend confronted them, they offered to take off $50 for next month's rent instead of refunding them all the extra money they had been essentially stealing. This place is horrible, and I cannot wait to leave once my lease is up. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they were really in need of a place to live that was close to the main campus."

"Signed up for a 6 month lease. At first wverything was fine. Then whenever we requested stuff to get fixed they never did. Horrible management. Apartments are overpriced for what they are. I would not reccomend this place to anyone unless they were in dire need of a place. Never had a complaint on me, move out time came around and tried to charge me for everything they could. Even stuff that was in their records that was wrong when i moved in. Wanting over 2k in repairs."

"I love this apartment complex. It is so close to MSU and lots of fast food options. I walk to class everyday. The inside of the apartments are really nice. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all decently sized. There's a big living room and a small kitchen but its manageable. The only reason why I'm not giving this a 5 star rating is because the parking lot is small."
