"Trails bend is a modern, well kept grounds, pool areas. The courtyard has 2 seating areas with fireplace and 2 picnic tables with large grills. A nice area. The staff is friendly and office manager resolves any issues quickly. A nice place for college students and young professionals."

"Pros: newer apartments, new appliances, washer and dryer included, nice pool, well kept modern apartment. Sierra, the apartment manager is phenomenal and awesome. Cons: lots of young adults with no respect for rules. Not everyone cleans up after their pets, loud parties at pool that don’t always end at a reasonable hour, useless security, gate to property is broken a lot, weed smell very common in hallways, people trying to get into the pool during the winter, rent prices too high and lease renewal offer are unreasonable, close to major roads and sirens are heard often. Sierra is the only reason I gave 3 stars. She tries her best to address the problems but there’s only so much she can do if the tenants won’t cooperate."

"I am a current resident at trails bend and loved it so much I decided to resign! Trails is a beautiful updated property. I have yet to have any major complaints. Any maintenance or noise complaints were handled almost immediately! And Sierra is the best apartment manager any one could ask for. She is personable and kind - and she’s a huge dog lover!"

Sierra goes above and beyond while making sure Trailsbend is an involved and welcoming community for everyone! You can always also be sure to have great conversation and leave smiling while seeing Lisa throughout the week! Absolutely love it here, and would recommend it to anyone!"
