"I have nothing but great things to say about Sunset Woodland. My roommate and I lived there for 2 years and never had any problems. It’s quiet and we both felt very safe (which is very important for 2 women in their 20s). Maintenance usually came within the day (sometimes even within the hour) if something was wrong, and management was always kind and prompt. It’s affordable and clean. I will recommend this place to anyone looking! I appreciate the staff for everything they do. If you’re looking for a place to live, you found it!"

"Been here for few months now and have to say the staff is amazing and very friendly. The office girls are very professional and will do anything to help you out with your needs. Maintenance guys are very friendly and knowledgeable and are Johnny on the spot with how fast they fix discrepancies in the apartments. (Not to mention them jumping into action ASAP when ice and snow freezes the ground up, they immediately salt and shovel the grounds.) comes in handy for us older folks. And very much appreciated. Would highly recommend checking this place out! AMAZING!"

Also to be among people that will become close friends in our future, we are very pleased with the property,their appearance, their orderly management and their prompt service within their maintence department. "This place is awesome. The office staff are so friendly and inviting! THEY'RE ACTUALLY IN THE OFFICE 8 to 530 monday thru friday! And the office is on-site. Maintenance requests are usually resolved THE SAME DAY! They have Maintenance on site 8 to 430 Monday thru Friday. Neighborhood is is pretty quite. It's safe to walk the grounds which is hard to find in this town! PET FRIENDLY! AND NO PET RESTRICTIONS! THATS RARE! Pool fitness center laundry facility! Best apartment I've lived in since I moved here almost 3 years ago!"
