"I moved into these complexes TWICE! BEST complex I have EVER lived in out of ALL of the companies in Springfield. I love the staff and especially the property manager Thomas. They are so kind, and so efficient. I’ve lived in the townhomes and one bedroom apartments, both great. Only reason I moved out is because I bought a home! They are so quick with any repairs (I only needed a doorbell replaced), and the repair guys are really great people. The neighborhood is pretty good (and quiet), no issues with any of my neighbors- even became friends with some of them! If I didn’t own a home now, I would still be there!"

"My wife and I lived here one month short of six years. Thomas and staff were always professional and honest no matter what issues arose or time of day. All repairs were handled in a timely manner. We worked nights, and they were always considerate of our schedule. Thomas always made us feel as though we were welcome and heard by action, not just in verbal response."

"Been here three years, they keep raising the rent without improving anything, just enough that we can't afford to leave. Management has changed three times. Wouldn't recommend anything about it. Ceiling in the living room fell down due to leaking tub, "patched" the tub. They've had to patch it twice more, in the same spot. Smoke detectors started going off randomly, found out they were over 20 years old after calling fire department, they complained about replacing them, removed the CO detector, complained when I complained about that, constantly "renovating" the other apartments, loudly, wanting to add 100 to rent just to get the apartments up to the point that they're almost worth what we had to pay originally."

"After two years and several management changes I feel like there’s a good sample size to work with. The place isn’t too bad, except for the fact that maintenance is horrible, and when they do “fix” things it’s a temporary fix. My sink has come apart multiple times even after the “fix” provided by the maintenance man. My thermostat dies at least once every 2 weeks and I have to replace the batteries. I’ve tried to get it replaced, but they told me it was totally fine. Currently my A/C has been broken for 2 weeks and is still not fixed even though they’ve come out twice today, and promised they’d be back in an hour but never came back. We’ve had issues with noise that the office refused to address, they simply told us to call security (which is never around) and nothing came of that. All in all I’ve had a pretty disappointing and frustrating experience here, only spending two years here for convenience and cost."
