"Looked into moving here today , Just some background. My brother and I would be moving in and with us as my Legal adult dependent who I pay all bills for and claim on my Taxes. We make plenty of money to live there and have held our jobs for 10 years as insurance agents ( both of us ). The owner or property manager, She didn't identify herself. Stated that my dependent would have to show income. She is medically unable to work and has all her bills taken care of by me. When I explained this she simple said she didn't think it was a good fit. So That happened after I mentioned the medical issue. This looks to be discrimination based on her medical. I would be happy to sign anything that states I am responsible for her. But the conversation never got that far. If the federal government Excepts that I am responsible for her then so should a housing group. Also we have never been late or evicted and we have great rental history with the two largest groups in Springfield mo. TLC and Wooten. Wanting her to have a blood relative who shows 4x the income to co-sigh when she has a person paying for everything is ridiculous. Her family is not that well off and is another aspect of this being discrimination both to those with medical issue and those who are not wealthy."

"There has been a recent change in property managers that has resulted in decent increases in rent. The apartments don't have too many issues. But there is a small flooding issue that happens in the basement every now and again because of the connection to the sewer being to small. I don't feel the pricing is appropriate for the quality."
